Luxury Kruger Safaris (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") acts as an independent curator and information provider for luxury safaris and lodges in the Greater Kruger National Park region. We aim to offer expert, unbiased reviews, comparisons, and insights to assist you in making informed decisions about your safari.
WE ARE NOT A TOUR OPERATOR, TRAVEL AGENT, OR SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SAFARI BOOKINGS. WE DO NOT SELL, BOOK, OR FULFIL ANY TRAVEL SERVICES DIRECTLY. ALL BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, CONTRACTS, AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE DIRECTLY WITH OUR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS (LODGES AND TOUR OPERATORS).
Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
Our Role and Limitations of Liability
Information Provider & Curator
We provide editorial content, reviews, recommendations, and links to third-party travel products and services. While we strive for accuracy and quality in our content, we cannot guarantee that all information is always up-to-date, complete, or error-free. Information is provided "as is" for general guidance only.
Affiliate Relationships
Luxury Kruger Safaris participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that when you click on links on our Site that direct you to our partners (e.g., specific lodges or tour operators) and subsequently make a booking or purchase, we may earn a commission from that partner at no additional cost to you. This compensation helps us to maintain and operate our Site and continue providing valuable content.
No Direct Bookings or Service Provision
We do not facilitate direct bookings, process payments, or enter into any contracts for travel services with you. Your contract for any safari, accommodation, or travel service is solely between you and the third-party partner you choose to book with.
Limitation of Our Liability
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on third-party websites linked from our Site.
We are not responsible for the services provided by any third-party partner, including but not limited to safari operations, accommodation, transportation, safety, cancellations, or changes to bookings.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.

Termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
